TIFGA Responds to False and Misleading Allegations

TIFGA today issued a statement addressing recent public claims made by an individual named Dominik Kreisel, who has used internet forums and small-scale public demonstrations to promote allegations concerning the Institute’s activities.

Mr. Kreisel has alleged that TIFGA is engaged in so-called “secret cloning programs” and the use of speculative “memory-altering devices” to interfere with the recollections of former employees. These claims are entirely false and bear no relation to established scientific reality or to the Institute’s work.

“The allegations being circulated rely on science-fiction concepts rather than science,” a TIFGA spokesperson said. “They misrepresent both the capabilities of current research and the nature of our institution.”

TIFGA emphasizes that it does not conduct human cloning, nor does it engage in any form of neurological manipulation outside ethically approved, non-invasive research protocols. Assertions to the contrary are unfounded and misleading.

The Institute operates under strict national and international regulatory frameworks and is subject to continuous oversight by its independent Ethics and Compliance Board, chaired by Dr. Angelika Schimmer.

Dr. Schimmer, a recognized authority in biomedical ethics, has led the Board in establishing and enforcing rigorous standards governing consent, data protection, and experimental limitations.

“Ethical responsibility is not a peripheral concern at TIFGA—it is foundational,” the spokesperson added.

TIFGA remains committed to transparency, responsible research, and constructive public dialogue. The Institute will not speculate on the motivations behind the dissemination of sensationalist claims but encourages the public to rely on verified information from credible scientific sources.

Further details regarding architectural design and timelines will be announced at a later date.
