TIFGA Announces Appointment of New Board Member
TIFGA today announced the appointment of CEO and founder of CySec Security GmbH David Imhauser to its Board of Directors.
Mr. Imhauser joins the Board as an independent member, bringing extensive experience in technology investment, international security consulting, and organizational restructuring. His appointment comes as TIFGA continues its strategic transition toward a more distributed and resilient research framework.
“We are pleased to welcome David Imhauser at a pivotal moment for the Institute,” said a TIFGA spokesperson. “His expertise will be invaluable as we strengthen governance, modernize oversight structures, and guide TIFGA into its next phase.”
Mr. Imhauser has advised and invested in multiple European technology initiatives and has worked closely with public and private institutions on long-term risk mitigation and infrastructure strategy.
The Board appointment is effective immediately.
